
Denzil-Skinner

Manufactured in the early 1980's, Denzil-Skinner models are 1:96 scale heavy diecast "spotter" or "ID" type models. Being true diecast, they are very heavy, with a nice 'heft' to them. In addition to a huge number of models (see the listing above) the company also offered chrome plated models. Shown above is the plated Centurion.
They are slightly larger than Comet Authenticast models (made in the 1940's and 1950's), but I think Comet tends to have slightly superior details. Below is a one to one comparison of Denzil-Skinner to Authenticast:
