New Ray manufactures a line of diecast toys, including cars, jets, airplanes, trains, and (of course), tanks. The most common are the King Tiger in Normandy camo (as above) and in gray camo, and the Sherman Tank; both in 1/32 (1:32) scale. Detail is fair. The plastic detail on the Sherman looks like plastic, with seams showing and a bit of trimming needed. The Sherman is also marked under different band names, but they all look like the one shown above. Detailing on the M1A1 Abrams is a bit better. The King Tiger comes in motorized version and in an infrared remote control version. Beware of inflated pricing.
Released in 2004 are the M3 General Lee, a T-80, US halftrack M3A2, and a M16 halftrack. I have the M3 and it is pretty nice. The details and finish are good, plus it is one of the few larger scale M3's available. All in all a nice model. I paid $9.99 for mine.
I got my Sherman at KB toys for $5.99 (clearance). Usually I see the Sherman for $8.99-$9.99. Occasionally someone on eBay will try to sell one for $20! New Ray tanks are also sold under the Military Zone label, which can also be found at KB toys.
