In 2004 Popy introduced there Projekt Panzer series, featuring 8 tanks: Tiger I, Tiger I with special turret, Panzer III ausf. L, Panzer II Ausf D/E, Wespe, Mechanized ammunition carrier, M3 Grant, M3 Lee. These are small tanks, at 1/144 scale. The detail is good (comparable to WTM and Can.do), but they tend to be a bit more expensive.
Popy also produces a set of aircraft (Projekt Flieger) at a similar scale.

Pegasus tanks are offered by Pegasus
models. They are 1:144 plastic tanks with good detail. The are
priced at about $5.00 and come with a plastic display case.
Interestingly, these also appear to be the same models as market
by Trumpeter. My guess is that Pegasus has the overseas
distribution for these models.
Metal Troops Creation was established in 2003 in Hong Kong. They manufacture highly-detailed scale models and action figures using polyurethane resin or metal. They manufacture AFVs, action figures, small scale armour and aircraft. The models above are 1/144 scale. Many of their releases are limited edition, generally 300 or less. Most notably, they manufacture some of the 1/144 armour with complete interior detail! Shown above is the Metal Troops Wittman Tiger, with great interior features.
