Mandico tanks were manufactured in the 1970's in Singapore by a company named Mandarin. At least 8 models were made in two series. The tanks are diecast metal, with rubber treads. These are "free wheeling" tanks, with four wheels on the base allowing the tank to roll on smooth surfaces.

The T-707 series as a set of 4 tanks: Tiger, SU100, AMX 30 and Patton. The box was yellow, and a picture of each tank was featured on each of the four panels of the box. The box (with the SU100 panel exposed) is shown above. The box is labeled "metal die-cast tanks - T-707". The bases of these tanks bear no visible markings.

The second series made was the T-808 series. This series included a Centurion, King Tiger, M60A1, and Chieftain. I have all but the King Tiger. Unlike the T-707 series, the T-808 series has the tank type, the manufacturer, and the place of manufacture molded into the base of the tank. Thanks to Allan for the additional information on the T-808 series and the photo of his tanks (below), including the King Tiger.

Thanks Allan
